LARA BEACH

Lara beach is located in the Akamas peninsula in the area of Paphos district. It is a beach which is deserted and protected. The soft sand is plenty and is in a bay which has the shape of a horseshoe.

KYKKOS MONASTERY

The Holy, Royal and Stavropegic Monastery of Kykkos was founded at the end of the 11th century by the Byzantine emperor Alexios I Komnenos (1081-1118). The monastery lies at at an altitude of 1,318 meters on the north west face of Troodos Mountains.
